Erectile Dysfunction Can Kill You
Does erectile dysfunction have intent? No, it doesn’t, but the risk to your life, your well-being, and your overall health is much greater than most men have any idea of. ED is a real threat to your life and you need to start treating it that way.
Here are a few scientific studies and what they found:
ED increased your risk of early death by 70%
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26559652
ED precedes Coronary Artery Disease in 70% of men with chest pain by 3-5 years
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12932937
Men with moderate to severe ED have a 65% increased risk for developing Coronary Artery Disease
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15998563
ED significantly increases your risk of having a heart attack by about 62%
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23300267
The risk is very real and very few people are talking about it.
Your cock is at the core of what it means to be a man. Your cock defines you as male, plain and simple.
The sad truth is most men have no idea how to fix ED. A hard, healthy, reliable cock is every man’s birth right.
This is what every man wants, a hard, healthy, reliable cock. The truth is unless you know how to take care of your cock, and your blood flow you risk losing a lot.
Men are Cock Stupid. You need to become Cock Smart to start fixing ED in a real and lasting way. That is what the Get Hard Course is all about.
You can learn to take control of your cock’s health. You can rebuild your masculine confidence… and you can probably save your own life.
Cock Stupid men are simply waiting to become another depressed, ashamed statistic… and this is a Fucking tragedy in our modern world.
If you are over 40 and have erectile problems then this simple equation holds true.
Cock Health = Cardiovascular Health
This is true for 70 to 80% of men suffering with ED. Yes, there are other causes, but let’s be realistic. For about 4 out of 5 men with ED Cock Health equals Heart Health.
If the blood is not flowing through the little arteries to your cock it is only a matter of a few years before the larger, coronary arteries have the same problem.
You already know that ED can kill relationships.
ED also destroys your confidence to date, initiate intimacy, and have sex.
Underneath all these emotional and relational challenges lays a little talked about dark secret. Learning this secret can save your life.
Medical professionals now consider Erectile Dysfunction (ED) to be an early warning sign of cardiovascular disease.
ED is the canary in your trousers
It is a wakeup call that your heart and arteries need help.
If you ignore these warning signs, as most men do, you risk a heart attack in a few short years.
Recent scientific studies prove that ED is not just a sexual health issue.
You cannot let your shame stop you from becoming Cock Smart, and taking action to fix ED yourself.
Vascular problems are the #1 cause of Erectile Dysfunction. This is the best place to start creating a real, lasting solution to your erectile problems.
70% of ED is primarily caused by cardiovascular problems
It’s all about blood flow and the health of your arteries and blood vessels.
15% is caused by medication, surgery, and hormonal imbalances.
15% of ED is primarily psychological in origin.
How an erection happens
Only by understanding how an erection occurs can you begin to know how to fix it.
In a wiser society this would be part of a Your Cock 101 course taught in every high school. Sadly, our society is not that wise so you need to seek out and learn this critical information on your own. The good news is that I teach it right fucking here.
Have you ever wondered exactly how an erection gets started?
An erection is a neurovascular (nerves, arteries and veins) event modulated by psychology (thoughts and emotions) and hormones (mainly testosterone).
Let’s break this down.
Arousal begins with a stimulus from any of the 5 senses, or your imagination. In essence, you see, touch, smell, or imagine something or someone who turns you on. This stimulation is received through nerves and nerve chemistry (neurotransmitters). These signals go to your brain. Your brain then sends signals to speed up your breathing and heart rate, & move more blood to your cock.
This is a simplified snapshot of a fairly complex series of chemical responses. If your nerves are not healthy then the ‘more blood to cock’ signal may not get through. If your supply of neurotransmitters is low then the signal can be weak and may not last long. That is the nerve side of things.
Your arteries are lined with Endothelial cells (we will call them Endos). These guys are your best friends. When they relax your blood pressure drops and more blood flows to your impending erection. If your Endos are damaged, or they are glued together with oxidized cholesterol and other crap then they can’t relax as they are designed to. That is the vascular side of things. (70%!)
Nitric Oxide (NO) is the main signaling molecule your body uses to tell the Endos to relax. During arousal a cascade of Nitric Oxide, or NO, is released. If your body is low on the raw materials to make NO then the signal is, again, weak. Your Endos don’t get a strong signal to relax so more blood flow does not get to Mr. Happy.
Your thoughts and emotions can amplify or reduce these chemical signals. Stress, doubt, worry, and performance anxiety create stress chemicals that reduce the intensity of the NO chemical wave normally stimulated by arousal. Being relaxed and passionate boosts the arousal signals. Laughter stimulates the release of NO directly, so having fun with sex will make sex even better, and can help make your harder!
Total testosterone (T) and free Testosterone (free T) work like amplifiers for all of the above. T enhances the signals needed to stimulate and maintain an erection. It enhances libido and arousal. These hormones DIRECTLY boost NO production, and enhance each cell’s sensitivity to the NO cascade that feeds your erection.
If your total T or free T are low then all of these signals are weakened. About 20% of men with ED have low T. This means, once again, that Mr. Happy is not getting a strong and undeniable signal to get and stay erect for a decent amount of time.
The Science of Nitric Oxide
Prior to 1980 medical science pretty much had its head up its ass when it came to understanding impotence… aka Erectile Dysfunction. That all changed in 1998 when a Nobel Prize was awarded for understanding how NO worked in the human body.
http://www.nobelprize.org/nobel_prizes/medicine/laureates/1998/press.html
Viagra was release to market in 1998 also. The success of the Little Blue Pill meant more ongoing funding. This is good for the most part, though the studies will always be skewed toward pharmaceutical solutions.
In the late 1990s a few researchers began documenting the links between Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Cardiovascular Disease (CVD). They noticed that many cases of ED were actually the early warning signs of CVD.
ED = ED = CVD
Erectile Dysfunction = Endothelial Dysfunction = early Cardiovascular Disease
For about 70% of men ED is primarily caused by problems in your blood vessels.
Simply put, not enough blood can get to your cock so you can’t get and maintain an erection long enough to enjoy a nice evening of sex.
Medical professionals recognize a number of causative factors for ED. The #1 most prevalent is vasculogenic in origin. If the blood is not getting to your cock when needed (or wanted) it is only a matter of time before the blood is not flowing optimally around your heart (re: heart attack).
A theory was formulated by Graham Jackson and his compatriots that explains this. The arteries that supply blood to your cock are 1-2mm in diameter. The arteries around your heart are 3-4mm in diameter. The volume of a penile artery is about one fourth that of your coronary arteries.
If you have vascular problems they tend to show up in smaller arteries first… PRESTO ED!
Any arterial blockages, or damaged Endos, will likely show up as ED before they show up as the typical symptoms of CVD, such as chest pain, or shortness of breath.

This information can be pretty scary, but knowledge equals power.
Only when you understand the true causes of ED can you begin the work to improve things.
How long after getting ED is a heart attack likely?
In 2001 a couple studies followed a group of men who, initially, went to see a doctor with ED complaints. These men were followed for a few years to see how their health progressed. Within only 2-3 years fully 2/3 of these men developed Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). Within 3-5 years, again, 2/3 of these men had a ‘cardiac event’, in short a heart attack or stroke.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24980669
This information on its own should inspire you to take ED FUCKING SERIOUSLY…. as serious as a heart attack.
Read on… there is real hope for men suffering with ED.
How bad is a first heart attack?
You will probably die.
Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the United States. Cardiovascular diseases kill more Americans each year than all forms of cancer combined.
About 33% of men in the U.S. die from cardiovascular disease.
Worldwide it’s only slightly better at about 30%
If your first heart attack occurs outside a hospital then you only have a 6% chance of survival. If you are lucky enough to already be in a hospital the survival rate goes up to 24%.
http://www.theheartfoundation.org/heart-disease-facts/heart-disease-statistics/
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/06/150630135103.htm
The statistics are similar for most Western “First World” countries.
Average cost of a heart attack?
While the costs vary considerably from state to state the average cost of treating a heart attack in the U.S. is about $800,000. This includes medical costs, lost work, and other indirect costs.
http://www.nber.org/digest/oct98/w6514.html
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/how-much-would-a-heart-attack-cost-you/
So, if you are lucky enough to survive your first heart attack an insane medical debt waits for you at home.
It is 2017 and men still don’t seek help with ED
The title of this article was dramatic. The facts you have read point to just how dangerous ignoring ED can be for any man suffering with it. You cannot afford to wait for it to magically ‘get better’. You cannot afford to only treat the symptoms with ED drugs. You need to actively and persistently work to reverse the underlying TRUE CAUSES of Erectile Dysfunction.
Anything else is simply gambling with not just your sex life, but your actual life.
Many men ignorantly cling to bullshit myths about ED. They think ED is a natural part of aging. It is not. They think it’s too shameful to talk to a medical professional about. Men need to wake up and take action; intelligent action that can begin to reverse the underlying causes of ED.
One study done in 2005 paints a sad picture. Among men suffering with ED 76.9% DO NOT SEEK HELP FROM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. 44.3% of ED sufferers take NO ACTION AT ALL.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15707457
If you are not actively working to educate yourself and begin reversing the underlying causes of ED then you are simply waiting to become a statistic. This is the sad truth. Information is more available online today than at ANY time in human history and yet millions of men suffer needlessly without knowing what to do.
Now, for the Good News… Heart Disease is 90% Preventable
That is the conclusion a study found in 2008.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18316498
This all starts by giving your body the support it needs to rebuild a hard, healthy reliable cock.
ED is often reversible with exercise, diet, supplements and yes, dick exercises. Once you understand what causes ED you can do exercises and take supplements to begin reversing it.
There are supplements, backed by science, that are MORE effective than ED drugs.
Pelvic exercises, when done correctly, are just as effective as ED drugs and without the very unsexy side effects. Who wants to have sex when ED drugs give 20% of men a headache or make them feel nauseous?
ED drugs DO NOT reverse the underlying causes of ED. Relying on only them to fix your ED means the underlying vascular damage is never addressed. It’s a temporary fix, and not a real, lasting solution.
Only by repairing your damaged Endos, and continuing to protect them, can you make a sustainable improvement. ED is 70% vascular. Take care of your arteries and they will take care of you AND your sex life.
With the right information most men can get back to having great sex again. You can regain the lost confidence to be intimate again with your partner, or partners.
Knowledge is Power. Saving your cock may save your own life.
